Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute revenue strategies across all distribution channels (GDS, OTA, website, call center, etc.)
  • Maximize room revenue through yield and inventory management
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to drive performance
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns using STR, Hotelligence, Lighthouse, Transparent and revenue management yielding tools
  • Lead weekly RevMax meetings and provide actionable insights
  • Forecast short- and long-term revenue projections
  • Ensure optimal configuration and usage of PMS, CRS, RMS and CRM systems
  • Oversee rate plans focused on weekly/monthly stays and long-term guests
  • Create and support budgeting and RFP assessments
  • Train and mentor Revenue Coordinator (s)
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, or Analytics
  • Minimum 3 years of hotel/resort experience, with at least 1 year in Revenue Management
  • RV park and campsite revenue management experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Opera Cloud or other PMS Systems, Duetto, Delphi
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Location:
  • On-site role in Jacksonville, FL (must be able to reliably commute or relocate)
