DescriptionTradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Machine Tool & Die Makers for projects located in the Findlay, OH area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Machine Tool & Die Maker eager to master your skills alongside other accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Build tool and dies from part prints, sketches, reference parts, or instructionsOperate tool room machinery in a safe manner during the build processPerform tool and die repairs on progressive dies, manually operated dies, and toolingDiagnose and troubleshoot dies in the bench and make correctionsWork from TCO program reports and last piece references to make corrections as required to produce quality partsSupport try-out and make ready to run production after die steel or tool installationsSupport press room operations by servicing die sets, troubleshooting dies and making corrections when possible with die in the press, and through using SPC data to determine dimensional integrity for die adjustments and documentationInterface with both internal and external customers, participate on problem-solving teams in production, and handle customer and supplier concernsSupport SPECS, TQM, MOS, and safety programsAlso responsible for practicing good housekeepingAuthorized to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process, and quality systemAuthorized to support and assist tool and die apprentices in day-to-day operationsPerforms other essential functions as assignedCompany DetailsTradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.Our comprehensive benefits include:
