- Generate Leads: Research, identify, and engage new prospects in the commercial market.
- Site Visits & Inspections: Schedule and complete on-site visits to evaluate roofs, gutters, and related systems, accurately identifying needs and project scopes.
- Own the Sales Cycle: From first contact through signed agreements-qualify needs, develop proposals, present solutions, and close deals.
- Negotiate & Close: Prepare pricing, handle objections, and execute contracts for services and work orders.
- Manage Your Pipeline: Track all activities in CRM (Salesforce), maintain clear next steps, and report on progress.
- Partner Internally: Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-contract.
- 5+ years of commercial or B2B sales experience, ideally in construction or building services.
- Proven track record managing the full sales cycle and closing new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- CRM savvy (Salesforce preferred) with intermediate computer skills.
- Bonus if you have commercial roofing or construction services experience.
