This is a great opportunity to join a new team at a fast-growing company.The Senior Financial Analyst, Sales Operations Finance will spearhead the Company's business partnership with our Sales Strategy and Operations team & Finance. It is a critical role within FP&A where you will be responsible for helping shape the strategy and execution of our GTM organization. You will be a key bridge between GTM and the broader finance team by helping intermediate multiple perspectives to align the business.You will be a good fit if you are rigorous in your attention to detail, have experience influencing within SaaS, and are a skilled communicator with a history of building relationships and trust with senior leadership. The position will report to the Senior Manager of Sales and Operations Finance.As the Senior Financial Analyst for Sales Operations Finance, you will:
  • Be a key FP&A business partner to the Sales Strategy & Ops Team
  • Help drive quarterly forecasts and annual planning
  • Drive annual operating plans, quarterly and monthly financial forecasts, and ongoing analysis of performance and investment to highlight trends, opportunities, and causes of unexpected variances.
  • Partner to ensure accurate and timely close.
  • Prepare quarterly reporting materials for our executive team and board.
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to provide insightful and actionable information for our business.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or other relevant field.
  • 3+ years of finance or related experience and at least 2+ years of corporate FP&A experience.
  • Proficiency with accounting and corporate finance concepts, including headcount and expense reporting
  • Rigorous and detailed orientated with the highest regard for accuracy and completeness.
  • Experience with ERP and corporate financial planning tools (NetSuite and Anaplan preferred).
  • Advanced Office and Google application skills (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides) and proficiency with using different systems to retrieve and analyze data.
