Participate in design sessions w/peers and complete code reviews. Utilize developer tooling across software development life cycle (task management, source code, building, deployment, operations, real-time communication) to perform advanced-level .NET application design, implementation, + maintenance activities under minimal direction. Diagnose and correct application and infrastructure issues. Mentor + support engineers at all jr levels. Share best practices + improve processes within + across teams. Occasional on call for production support 24x7. May undergo background checks. May require pre-hire technical screen. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S. May work remotely but report to HQ location in: 4608 Willard Ave., Chevy Chase, MD 20815. Salary: $97,157 to $185,000.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 2 years of relevant experience in software development within a .NET framework.
