Founded in 2009 by Elizabeth Stein, a certified holistic nutrition counselor, the company is dedicated to helping consumers thrive on their wellness journey.What You Will DoPurely Elizabeth is seeking a Business Planning Lead to join our Sales team. This role will play a critical role in driving customer planning, reporting, and insights, with a focus on smaller strategic accounts (
$500k). The Business Planning Lead will partner closely with account managers, owning category and trade analysis through syndicated data (SPINS) and delivering reporting that informs strategy across customers and channels.Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update monthly and quarterly reporting tools and dashboards for smaller/regional customers (
$500k), using syndicated data. * Lead monthly updates of the Conventional and Natural Channel Decks, ensuring consistency across all sales presentations.
  • Manage Dropbox reporting library and ensure reporting materials are accessible and up to date.
  • Build customer decks (sell-in stories, category trends, voids, velocity analysis, pricing and promotion review) for designated accounts.
  • Manage trade reporting and analysis, including promotional reviews, efficiency tracking, and validation of trade activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to provide accurate reporting and insights.
  • Contribute to internal demand review processes by maintaining accurate trend analysis and reporting inputs.
Who You AreThe ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years’ experience working with syndicated data (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI) in a CPG or food brand
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow within a high-growth organization
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
