Chesapeake Specialty Care is a well-established Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) practice serving patients across four convenient locations in Maryland. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our ENT team.What You'll Do:Conduct patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations for ENT concernsOrder and interpret diagnostic studies relevant to ENT careAssist in diagnosis and management of conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neckPerform in-office procedures under physician supervision (e.g., ear cleanings, nasal endoscopy assistance)Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient careCounsel and educate patients on treatment plans and preventive careDocument all encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)Rotate between locations to support patient care needsWhat We're Looking For:Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant programCurrent Maryland PA license (or ability to obtain)NCCPA certification requiredDEA license (or eligible)Strong interest or prior experience in ENT preferred, but not requiredExcellent diagnostic, organizational, and communication skillsFlexibility to work across four practice locationsWhat We Offer:
