Envelope Production Specialist

• Entry pay begins at $25/hour, adjustable based on your expertise.
• Second and third shift premiums offered at $.70/hr and $1.50/hr, respectively.
• Shift timings: 2pm – 10pm for 2nd and 10pm – 6am for 3rd, with training taking place on 1st shift.
• Monday through Friday work schedule; Saturday may be needed during busy phases.

• Initiate and regulate converting machinery settings to ensure seamless production.
• Prepare machines, tackle troubleshooting, conduct changeovers, and preventive care tasks.
• Contribute to training initiatives and provide overtime support when required.
• Evaluate products to maintain quality benchmarks and reduce production waste.
• Follow all safety standards and protocols diligently.
• Other responsibilities as your role expands.

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• A seasoned professional with a minimum of five years in envelope crafting.
• Exemplary technical, diagnostic, and innovation skills.
• Adept at basic arithmetic and computer operation, with precision in measuring instruments.
• Open to varied machine assignments as demand dictates.

• Standing, walking, lifting, and extensive bending are routine requirements.
• Ability to handle objects up to 55 lbs with support is necessary.
• Work includes exposure to loud noise, machinery, and fluctuating climate conditions.
• Maintain vigilance for operational safety throughout the shift.
