Created by healthcare, for healthcare, we have a dedicated focus on our people and customers, as well as providing tools, processes, support resources, data analytics and insource strategies that drive results.The Associate Transaction Manager supports the real estate transaction team with a portfolio of medical office buildings and other related properties. This role will prepare reports and manage lease agreement activities including preparing lease packages, requisitions, market value reports, and third-party billing enabling the real estate department to meet objectives in an effective and efficient manner.This position will be located at Parkwood One West - Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities:
  • Develops and maintains partnerships and customer relations with ministry administration, Medxcel departments and key stakeholders to achieve business objectives and ensure superior customer service.
  • Participate in leasing, acquisition, disposition, and site selection activities for both owned and leased properties for assigned service area.
  • Manages relationships with real estate service providers, associates, brokers, attorneys, and consultants including partnership and communication of real estate activities in support of the assigned region.
  • Tracks daily activities, drive process improvement and work process efficiencies to achieve performance metrics, maintain best-in-class real estate portfolio management and support real estate management strategies.
  • Prepares reports, presentations or communications for Leadership meetings, client meetings or other data sharing activities.
  • Collect, aggregate, input, and export real estate data into various databases and assist in maintaining accurate data within the system of record.
  • Manage submission of reports/request deadlines, coordinate circulation of transaction documents for execution, and coordinate work with other departments.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by leader.
Qualifications:Education:
  • High school diploma or GED-required.
  • Bachelor's degree-preferred.
License/Certification:
  • Valid drivers’ license-required.
  • Real estate license and/or industry certification-preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum (1) year of work experience in a professional office-required.
  • At least (1) year of experience in the real estate industry-preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated understanding of real estate principles and valuation techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks, follow up on assigned tasks and report on progress of work.
