- Setup and operate CNC machines for precision grinding tasks, ensuring all parts meet tight manufacturing tolerances.
- Program CNC machines using industry-standard software to achieve optimal results.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC machinery to ensure continuous operation.
- Use precision measuring tools to accurately check dimensions and surface finishes against specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the best approach for machining tasks.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.CNC Machinist/Programmer Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist/Programmer, with a strong background in precision grinding operations.
- Familiarity with CNC programming software and equipment.
