- Develop and manage comprehensive manufacturing plans and schedules that align with business objectives and customer requirements
- Evaluate schedule change requests from Program Management and Sales, making strategic decisions based on machine capacity, workforce availability, and resource constraints
- Create and present insightful analytics through charts, graphs, and reports that showcase production status against schedules and recommend resource allocation strategies
- Analyze schedule variances, assess cost implications, and implement corrective actions to minimize impact on programs
- Lead production meetings that drive accountability and collaborative problem-solving
- Contribute to key decision-making processes affecting manufacturing plans and schedules
- Develop forward-looking capacity plans that meet demand requirements while optimizing resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate system data for timely capacity planning
- Partner with site management on 6-12 month Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) to support strategic capital and resource planning
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in planning and scheduling for complex manufacturing accounts
- Experience in Electronic Manufacturing Industry and ERP systems preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence across organizational levels
