Our Customer Support Consultants perform a variety of customer service activities for internal and external customers, providing information, investigating concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responding to customer phone and other communications, addresses questions/issues/problems/concerns.Does that sound like you?This position will be a hybrid position based out of our Scarborough, ME location. Preferred onsite days will include Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the option to work remotely Monday and Friday. Training for this position will be onsite Monday through Friday. Full time schedule and training hours are 8am-5pm ET at a minimum of 3 months on site.In the role of Customer Support Consultant – Water, Livestock, Poultry, & Dairy
  • You will provide customer support for one or more Company products or services, including livestock and poultry animal health care-related products, water quality testing products and milk testing products.
  • Your support may consist of answering customer questions, explaining products and services, troubleshooting, and researching customer issues related to products, communication issues, customer order entry and billing as well as other inquiries or issues of all complexity.
  • You will determine customer needs, research and provide solutions, coordinating with other team members as needed communicating effectively regarding needs and expectations.
  • You will ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and continuing strong customer relationships, demonstrating empathy when appropriate.
  • You will support quality management system and other compliance requirements while contributing to higher customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.

  • You will possess high quality customer facing inter-personal skills, with experience working with customers and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • You will possess ability to understand, articulate, and resolve customer’s needs while positively influencing their satisfaction and loyalty by using reasoning and analytical skills to resolve issues.
  • You have effective communication skills, with ability to establish rapport.
  • You have attention to detail.
  • You are organized with ability to multi-task.
  • You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team recognizing when and how much is the appropriate level of collaboration.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills such as customer focus, managing conflict, resourcefulness, and managing ambiguity with the ability to balance workload effectively.
  • You have personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • The preferred candidate will possess SAP and/or Salesforce experience.
