
WMS Analyst I, 1st Shift (On-site)

- Providing primary on-site support for key DC applications and technologies, including but not limited to WMS and WCS systems
- Serving as the subject matter expert and technical lead for HighJump WMS configurations, troubleshooting and enhancements
- Collaborating with warehouse operations to identify process improvements and translate them into WMS requirements
- Designing, building and supporting reports, dashboards and queries using SQL to enable performance monitoring and issue analysis
- Troubleshooting WMS issues by analyzing logs, database records and process workflows
- Partnering with IT and external vendors on WMS upgrades, patches, testing and new feature deployments
- Developing and maintaining WMS user documentation, training materials and SOPs
- Providing day-to-day support for warehouse systems, including user access, configurations and system performance
- Monitoring and resolving data discrepancies between WMS and other platforms (e.g., ERP, inventory management)
- Leading or supporting warehouse technology initiatives (RF devices, automation, label printing, etc.)
- 1–3 years of experience working with WMS platforms in a technical or analyst capacity
- Strong working knowledge of SQL (T-SQL, PostgreSQL or equivalent) for reporting and analysis
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfillment and shipping processes
- Ability to interpret and manipulate data sets to solve business problems and identify root causes
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving WMS functional or technical issues (preferred)
- Experience with HighJump/Körber/Infios WMS, including configuration, rule setup and workflow design (preferred)
- Exposure to scripting or development in HighJump’s Advantage Architect or WebWise frameworks (preferred)
- Experience with WMS-ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) (preferred)
- Familiarity with RF scanner technology, label printing systems (Zebra, Bartender) and barcode standards (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and operational teams
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively organize and prioritize workload within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Possesses excellent attention to detail, operates with sense of urgency and has strong problem-solving skills
