- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analysis processes

- Partner with stakeholders to define project goals, align on deliverables, and communicate results
- Organize plans and recommend analyses and reports to support continuous process improvement
- Develop and analyze scorecards, providing insight into trends or unusual performance
- Deliver customized analyses using a variety of internal and external data sources, including raw, structured, unstructured, and published data
- Lead small-scale projects with defined scope, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to understand business processes and align analytical efforts with organizational needs
- Coordinate and manage data dependencies across teams, ensuring accuracy and consistency of shared datasets
- Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end data analytics Power BI solutions (including data engineering) and work with clients to generate and maintain visually appealing and insightful reports
- Build scalable automation solutions using SQL, dashboards, and other tools to create leverage for yourself and the organization
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., advanced functions, charts, PivotTables, nested formulas, macros, Power Query).
- Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates
- Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, syndicated data tools, Power BI)
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills to translate data into meaningful insights
- 5+ years of experience in a data-driven, analytical role
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative major (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering)
- Strong analytical and data skills, including top- notch SQL skills. Ideally (but not necessary to apply), you will also be able to build simple pipelines to help scale yourself
- Good communication skills - able partner across the organization and identify business needs and difficulties, articulate issues clearly and concisely, and present effectively, both orally and in writing, to all levels of the organization
- Strong business sense and the ability to work through complex and ambiguous business requirements
- Self-starter - with an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment, deals well with ambiguity and focuses on driving impact
- The typical office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (May vary based on assigned support locations)
- Ability to work extra hours as determined by the workload and client expectations
- Ability to travel to site locations periodically.
