Greenfield, NH | Full-Time | ExemptAnnual Salary: $55,000 - $60,000Crotched Mountain School is seeking a dedicated Special Education Case Manager to join our team and make a lasting impact on students' lives. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Principal to ensure high-quality, compliant special education services, from IEP oversight to agency coordination and classroom support.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:
- Lead the development, implementation, and compliance of IEPs, triennials, and transition planning
- Act as liaison to school districts, area agencies, and vocational rehab services
- Monitor service delivery and coach teachers on special education practices
- Stay current on special ed law and best practices
- Help coordinate school-wide events like prom and graduation
- Bachelor’s in Special Education (required)
- Valid NH Special Education Certification
- 3+ years’ experience in special ed classrooms or case management (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
