- Maintain a tidy, fully stocked, and professional office environment across all suites.
- Open and close the office, oversee mail/packages, track supplies, and support team logistics.
- Assist with digital and physical file organization, data entry, and documentation.
- Provide IT support for basic troubleshooting and meeting setup (both in-person and online).
- Maintain and organize IT inventory and help prepare for internal meetings and events.
- Support cross-functional projects and ensure timely coordination of administrative tasks.
