Our client, a global private equity firm, is seeking a seasoned and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide one-on-one support to a C-Suite executive. This role requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment, with a strong ability to manage complex travel, global time zones, and cross-cultural communications. The executive travels frequently to the Middle East and broader APAC region, so flexibility and attention to detail are critical.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide seamless day-to-day support to the executive, including heavy calendar management across multiple time zones, frequent rescheduling, and prioritization of competing demands
  • Coordinate complex, multi-leg international travel to the Middle East and APAC, including flights, visas, hotels, ground transportation, and on-the-ground logistics
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and travel packets with time zone adjustments, cultural considerations, and contingency planning
  • Serve as gatekeeper and primary liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including investors, board members, and global counterparts
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence with discretion and polish
  • Coordinate board materials, meeting agendas, and briefing documents in advance of international and domestic meetings
  • Track expenses, reconcile reimbursements, and support budget management for travel and business entertainment
  • Partner closely with other assistants and operations staff to ensure smooth firm-wide workflow and consistent coverage
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to ensure the executive’s time is optimized
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 7+ years of EA experience out of Private Equity, preferably supporting a C-Suite or senior executive in a private equity, global finance, or international business setting
  • Strong track record of managing international travel and time zone complexity (Middle East/APAC experience strongly preferred)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and judgment; able to prioritize and pivot seamlessly under pressure
  • Highly professional demeanor, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with global stakeholders
  • Discretion and maturity in handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with travel booking platforms and expense systems a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
HOURS:
8:30am–5:30pm; flexibility required for global calls and travel supportSALARY:
