(English) (Spanish)Job Description:Airbus US Manufacturing Facility is looking for a Head of A220 Support functions to join our Production team based in Mobile, ALAs Head of Support you will manage the A220 support functions of Methods, Liaison Engineering, Production Support Tech Focal and AOS & Continuous Improvement. Be able to lead and provide oversight to four direct reports. Manage and integrate the activities performed in FAL by Airbus A220 Tier 1 suppliers. Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.Your Challenges:Methods to manage all needs concerning Work Orders and Methods being the technical leader at each station.Master the aircraft manufacturing techniques and the industrial processes, around the product and the associated procedures.Responsible for the prevention and elimination of disturbances in the manufacturing process.Responsible for the Industrial Engineering including, SLB Team, Tooling and the industrial development projects in the FAL and the interface to Methods in Mirabel.
