We are looking for a Handyman/Janitor o join our crew
  • Schedule: 6 days a week, dayoff must be a week day.
  • From 6:45am to 3pm but flexible schedule is required
  • Salary: $3200.00 per month + fuel assistance
  • Payment: $1600.00 Every 7th and 22nd of the month. (via direct deposit)
Payment organization:
  • Days worked between 1 and 15 paid every day 22
  • Days worked between the 16th and the last day of the month paid every 7th
Job details:We are looking for a professional with handyman and cleaning skills to work with us in the Fort Myers area. We expect that this professional provide services and help us keep the area organized.below are some work-related activities:Cleaning:
  • Supervise all 7 stores we have in Fort Myers area and 1 in Bonita Springs
  • Help the store's regular tech
  • Train new employees in stores
  • Deliver cleaning products and materials
  • Provide feedback about stores
  • Cover a store when the regular cleaner misses work
  • Provide commercial periodic cleaning
  • Cooler and vents cleaning
Handyman:
  • Repairing broken door hinges or locks
  • Patching holes or cracks in walls
  • Replacing broken tiles
  • Replacing weather stripping on doors/windows
  • Adjusting cabinet doors or drawers
  • Replacing light bulbs and fixtures
  • Installing or replacing ceiling fans
  • Changing light switches or outlets
  • Mounting TVs and organizing cables
Candidate profile:We are looking for someone very communicative, proactive, flexible and can move from one store to another.We provide all cleaning equipment and supplies. Must have a smartphone, be able to download the company app and be able to use the app (post picture, clock in and out).SSN is required.
