Greet all customers walking in the door and direct them where they need to go or help them yourself.
Retrieve all information from the customer upfront so that you know what they are looking for and how you can help them.
Shuttle Customers to and from work
Clear cars from the service drive once vehicles have been written up by the Service Advisor
Clean service drive area
Retrieve customer vehicles when they come to pick up.
Maintain/restock snacks and coffee machine in the customer lounge.
Prepare Key/car tags for use
Install plastic seat covers and paper floor mats in vehicles
Communicate, communicate, communicate.
You will need to be organized and keep all company assets clean and undamaged.
Provide customers and managers with accurate information.
