Placing outbound calls to students utilizing a dialer system
Confirming their last date of attendance
Provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
De-escalate situations involving students, offering assistance and support to login and complete coursework.
Call students to inform them about their graduation next steps
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the education site or using the products or services
Review student accounts, providing updates and information regarding courses and finances
Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
