Construction Superintendent

- Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and other key stakeholders.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and materials.
- Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company policies and OSHA compliance.
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and inspections throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document project progress, issues, and changes using daily reports and photo documentation.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Facilitate utility coordination, permit compliance, and final inspections.
- Lead punch list process and ensure all closeout documentation is completed.
- 5+ years of experience in a superintendent or similar field leadership role in construction.
- Experience with public school and multifamily projects is required
- Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with construction software and scheduling tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
