Manage the workflow associated with new group implementations with the goal of attaining timely payer and provider enrollments. Educate Representatives on new group workflow to deliver an exceptional client experience and an efficient and accurate outcome.Duties and Responsibilities1. Function as a leader on the Provider Enrollment team by demonstrating a consistently positive “can do” attitude. Leads by example at all times2. Assist in managing the workflow for the Provider Enrollment department3. Research insurance provider enrollment requirements by state4. Complete daily tasks with minimum guidance5. Train new hires and current employees on processes and procedures6. Assist in troubleshooting enrollment application issues that arise and determine best possible solutions7. Coordinate new client implementation tasks within the Provider Enrollment department8. Correspond regularly and professionally with all group contacts9. Maintain and update all relevant credentialing reports10. Communicate provider enrollment status to groups, providers, Client Services and Billing Operations as needed11. Participate in regularly scheduled meetings12. Follow the defined processes and policies as ordered by senior management13. Attend conference calls with clients as needed following defined professional guidelines14. Uphold company mission, vision and values15. Ability to add, to subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure; this ability will encompass using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals2. Ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages3. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals4. Ability to be flexible and possess a positive attitude while viewing problems as an opportunity for improvement5. Ability to assess/evaluate skills for many aspects of Provider Enrollment6. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence7. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing8.
