- The Accounting and Finance Associate is responsible for reviewing and updating new and existing customer files, requiring analytical, quantitative and technical skills, in order to make a recommendation as to the appropriate credit limit and payment terms to be assigned to the customer. The Credit Associate will consult with the Manager and/or Senior Manager as needed to review the progress of various projects and the overall status of the department. He/She will : 1.) release orders based on credit availability, 2.) analyze financial statements in conjunction with credit risk analysis, 3.) determine overall creditworthiness, and 4.) implement credit-related policies as appropriate. (20 %)
- The Accounting and Finance Associate is responsible for reviewing travel expense vouchers whether required expense receipts are attached, accounting COA are properly selected before approve. (20%)
- The Accounting and Finance Associate is responsible for collecting, reviewing, submitting Vendor registration, modification, reactivation. (20%)
- The Accounting and Finance Associate is responsible for internal audit purpose collection of documents for sales sample testing, invoice, PODs, cash receipts (20%)
- The Accounting and Finance Associate is responsible for supporting GM memo issuances being directed by GM AR in charge. (20%)
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance
- Knowledge of journal entries, general Ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payable, revenue reconciliation, financial reporting, fixed assets, cash flow management, bank reconciliation with cash application & cash payments etc. and generated reporting
- Must understand intermediate accounting principles and cash flow management
- Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think critically and analytically
- Working knowledge of accounts payable/receivable systems and databases
- Exercise attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Possess effective, professional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work long hours during month end closing, including early into the morning hours.
