It’s a role where your curiosity will fuel both your personal growth and the success of the team.What You’ll Do:Help implement new hires into various systems for resource planning and time management purposes; may facilitate parts of new employee orientationManage the timesheet process to ensure employee time is accurately recorded against projectsAssist in reviewing new contracts for project set up and customer invoicing detailsPerform administrative tasks, including new customer set-up, document preparation, and file organizationAssist in tracking billing milestones, and issue invoices to customers for intercompany and external client invoicing processAssist in entering purchase order requests for financial project trackingAssist in documentation for SOX compliance, yearly audits when applicable, and audit queriesDocument policies, procedures and workflow for assigned areas of responsibilityAssist in improving business operational workflows to increase efficiencyWho You Are:Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, project management or other relevant fieldAt least 3-5+ years of experience in a position in which project coordination, administration or business operations were major job responsibilitiesAdditional Qualifications:Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (i.e., SAP or Workday) preferredProficiency with various software tools, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Smartsheet; experience using laboratory information management systems a plusProven ability to facilitate resolutions across cross-functional teams and multiple departmentsMust be able to complete activities under tight deadlinesExceptional written and oral communication skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and ability to work with confidential informationExperience working effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environmentExperience within healthcare, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry preferredPassionate about being a part of the team that shares a common mission to improve access to biologicsFamiliar with working in an international environment a benefitWhy Join Us:Growth Opportunities: We’re a company that believes in continuous learning and development.
