We deliver high-quality behavior therapy services and take pride in our collaborative, mission-driven culture.We’re hiring a Healthcare Services & Clinician Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and passionate about helping others. In this key role, you’ll coordinate client schedules, support staff onboarding, and help keep daily clinic operations running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Scheduling & Support
  • Coordinate schedules with families, including orientations and supervision sessions, confirm and update biweekly schedules for clients and staff. Input and manage session data in our scheduling system. Monitor communication channels (Google Voice, Teams) and respond to families/staff
  • Identify coverage solutions for cancellations to ensure service continuity, reconcile weekly attendance and share insights with clinicians, maintain organized client files and coordinate with administrative teams
RBT Onboarding & Certification
  • Assign and track 40-hour RBT training modules for new hires, check in regularly and escalate if deadlines are at risk. Manage onboarding workflow, coordinate competency assessments, and schedule RBT exams
  • Distribute study materials, set up study groups, and communicate certification progress, and announce RBT completions to the team
Clinic Operations & Admin
  • Order and track clinic supplies and materials, ensure cameras are functioning and therapy areas are clean and organized, coordinate maintenance with vendors
  • Manage access to clinic facilities (keys, onboarding/offboarding tasks), and complete additional tasks as needed from leadership
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required, experience in healthcare, scheduling, or admin support preferred (ABA experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, comfortable with digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, spreadsheets, scheduling software), and self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
