- Collaborate with engineers to determine the specifications of the project and how you can assist
- Assist with obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Help determine needed resources from the start-to-finish of the project, while paying attention to budgetary limitations
- Assist with searching for contractors and other staff and be able to allocate responsibilities
- Jobsite visits are probable
- Familiarity with quality, health and safety standards and ensure adherence to all
- Assist with scheduling and estimating software
- Organizational and time-management skills
