This is a rare opportunity to join a startup that is both well-funded and already working with major industry players.What You Will DoWork directly with product, design, and sales teams to translate requirements into thoughtful solutions.Write high-quality, maintainable, and extensible code across both frontend and backend systems.Participate in code reviews to ensure engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.Lead technical discussions and contribute to design documentation.Build end-to-end features that directly impact customers and help shape core product offerings.Leverage AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Codex, Claude) to accelerate software delivery and champion adoption across the team.Provide feedback on product, process, and culture to help shape the company as it scales.Ideal Candidate Background2+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.Proficiency in TypeScript with experience across modern frameworks such as React, Relay, GraphQL, and Node.js .Experience shipping products end-to-end in fast-paced environments.Comfortable wearing many hats and working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure boundaries.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.PreferredExperience at Series B+ startups or established scale-ups.Background in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Strong academic foundation (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field).Familiarity with typed programming languages beyond TypeScript (e.g., Java).Compensation, Benefits & Other DetailsSalary: $130,000 – $200,000 base + competitive equity package.Hybrid Work: San Francisco office, 3 days per week in person.Career Growth: Opportunity to shape product and culture at an early stage while gaining exposure to AI-driven development.Team Environment: Highly collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive culture where engineers work closely with founders and customers.Hiring Plan: Multiple openings available – opportunity to join a growing engineering team with clear career advancement paths.This is an exciting role for engineers who want to be part of a fast-growing, venture-backed startup solving complex technical problems with direct customer impact and the ability to influence both product and culture.
