- Own Metropolis's relationship and business performance with the assigned client(s)
- Serve as a strategic partner and subject matter expert in parking and all other Metropolis businesses and relevant mobility verticals
- Lead strategic projects that maximize the value of the assigned client(s) parking and related assets, presenting project deliverables, findings, and reports with supporting evidence
- Lead and conduct deep analytics to meet strategic and tactical objectives, extracting data from multiple sources and merging that data while finding and resolving inconsistencies
- Conduct in-depth analysis of institutional KPIs and associated measures for revenue variances, occupancy trends, pricing strategies, access card distribution, parking enforcement, and labor analysis
- Create both routine and ad-hoc reports and data visualizations
- Support annual and long-term strategies to meet parking management goals and advise in the investment of new parking technologies (LPR, Mobile Pay Apps, EV charging stations, etc.)
- Work across Metropolis's operations, marketing, product, data, finance and other functions to assist in developing business opportunities and deliver value for the assigned client
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Public or Business Administration, or a related field with a solid quantitative background, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of experience in a business/data analysis role or related work experience
- 7+ years of experience as a business consultant or equivalent
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Aptitude in creative problem-solving
- Highly collaborative - be able to put ego aside and assemble the proper team of experts within our organization to provide the best possible service to the clients
- Project Management skills - effectively managing teams, clients, expectations, and deadlines
- Prior history in the parking and or transportation industry
