This role requires a deep understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment to clean and clear drains and sewer lines.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot drain and sewer line issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on jetting equipment.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and company policies, implement necessary measures to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain and foster high customer satisfaction by effectively addressing assessed needs of the clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated communication skills, problem solving skills and business acumen along with excellent computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow through
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a confined space and at various heights
  • 5-years of experience in drain cleaning and high-pressure water jetting
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and drain cleaning techniques
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in team environments
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSTechnical training or certification in plumbing or a related field
