We're hiring a Traveling Superintendent to oversee construction of Quick Service Restaurants nationwide. This role requires extensive travel, hands-on leadership, and proven QSR build-out experience.Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily on-site operations, subcontractors, and scheduling
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with building codes
  • Coordinate with project managers, owners, and vendors to keep projects on track
  • Troubleshoot issues on-site to minimize delays
  • Conduct quality control inspections at all stages of construction

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (QSR experience required)
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively (80-100% of the time)
  • Proficient in project reporting and scheduling software
