Here, your leadership makes an impact every single day.Your New RoleAs a Senior HVAC Technician, you'll be the go-to expert in the field-leading installs, resolving tough technical issues, and guiding the next generation of techs. Servicing Roanoke, Franklin County, and the Smith Mountain Lake area, your day-to-day includes:Leading HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation for light commercial and residential clientsDiagnosing and resolving complex electrical, mechanical, and control system issuesConducting routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performanceMentoring and training apprentices, ensuring skill development and job readinessEnsuring clear communication with customers and documenting all service activity professionallyHiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.Minimum 10 years of professional HVAC experienceProven ability to mentor and train apprentices or junior techniciansStrong communication and leadership skillsWork references from past supervisors, managers, or coworkersClean driving record (no more than one violation in the last three years)Clean background check and acceptable referencesAuthorized to work in the U.S.Pre-employment and random drug testing are requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to safely enter/exit service vehiclesLift heavy tools and HVAC equipment as requiredWork in various weather conditions with strict safety protocolsCapable of bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and standing for long periodsWisler Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
