We are seeking a skilled Mylar Packaging Operator to join our cultivation processing team. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and have hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting mylar packaging machines. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our products are packaged efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor mylar packaging machinery to ensure consistent product quality and efficiencyPerform routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and minor adjustments to maintain optimal machine performanceTroubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and coordinate with maintenance when necessaryAccurately weigh, fill, and seal products according to established SOPs and quality standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and state regulationsComplete daily production logs and ensure packaging counts meet quota and accuracy requirementsCollaborate with the processing team to meet production goals and timelinesQualifications:Previous experience operating a mylar packaging machine requiredStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and solve equipment issuesExperience working in a cultivation, food production, or manufacturing environment preferredAbility to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skillsCommitment to maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standardsWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly wageOpportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding industrySupportive team-oriented work environmentBenefits packagePowered by JazzHR
