Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PMOverview:We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a 6–9 month contract to cover a maternity leave. This is a fully onsite role with a company located in Anaheim. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle Fusion (cloud-based) and be able to manage AP tasks independently in a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:Process invoices and payments using Oracle FusionReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesSupport month-end close activities and AP reportingEnsure timely and accurate processing of transactionsCollaborate with internal teams to support operational workflowsQualifications:2+ years of AP experience requiredProficiency with Oracle Fusion (cloud-based) is a mustStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsReliable and self-sufficient with a professional demeanorNote: This is a maternity leave coverage role and is expected to last 6–9 months, with potential for extension based on business needs.
