You should possess strong critical thinking abilities to assess and evaluate the care needs and treatments of residents effectively. A general understanding of managing the moods and behaviors of residents is also essential to provide appropriate care and support.Additionally, you should have supervisory skills to enforce work rules, cooperate with personnel in other departments, and maintain resident information with utmost confidentiality. The ability to perform CPR is required, along with excellent communication skills to engage with Palolo Chinese Home employees, residents, responsible parties, and all other entities involved in resident care.
