We're looking for a skilled and motivated Regional Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our communities running smoothly.What You'll DoAs a Regional Maintenance Technician, every day will look a little different. You'll travel between properties in the Pittsburgh area, tackling a wide variety of hands-on maintenance tasks, including:
  • Keeping apartments and common areas in top shape with repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances
  • Responding quickly to maintenance emergencies and finding solutions that keep our residents safe and happy
  • Preparing vacant units for new residents through painting, cleaning, and repairs
  • Performing regular inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Supporting on-site teams with larger projects and capital improvements
  • Making sure all work meets safety standards and building codes
What We're Looking ForWe want someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety, and can handle challenges with confidence. You'll be a great fit if you have:
  • 3+ years of maintenance, facilities, or skilled trade experience
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, carpentry and HVAC
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel required - monthly vehicle stipend provided)
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to handle occasional evening or weekend calls
  • Bonus points if you hold an EPA certification or other trade licenses
