- Perform mechanical parts assembly according to specific instructions and blueprints.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assemble and test products.
- Solder components to boards, wiring, and other parts as required by the product specifications.
- Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly issues, working closely with other team members to ensure timely product completion.
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
- Keep detailed records of materials used and products assembled.
- Assist in packaging and shipping assembled products when needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a high level of cleanliness and order within the assembly area.
- Previous experience in assembly preferably mechanical and electrical.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, soldering techniques, and assembly processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for product quality.
- Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work with small, delicate parts.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Manual dexterity for assembling small parts and attention to detail.
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 50 pounds.
