Come check us out and explore the opportunities to care for patients in a facility centered around patients and caregivers!Job SummaryThe role of the Patient Care Nursing Assistant (PCNA) is integral to ARMC’s mission to provide quality patient care to our community. We are looking for a compassionate, energetic individual to join us in providing the best, most compassionate care for our patients!The PCNA will perform various patient care activities and related services under the direction of the licensed staff. Duties include ADL's, vitals, feeding, bathing, dressing, mouth care, and other direct patient care duties as assigned.*Please note, this is a PRN (as needed) position. If hired, the new caregiver must be able to attend at least 4 days of day shift orientation that will be scheduled upon hire.Experience/Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- At least (1) year of experience providing direct customer service to customers or patients is strongly desired.
- BLS certification required. Can be obtained during orientation
- Requires ability to walk 6 to 8 miles in an 8-hour shift
- Lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Work under periods of high stress and in a consistently fast-paced environment
