Woodridge is a 153 bed facility caring for long-term, short-term, memory care and rehabilitation patients. The facility is located on campus with Central Vermont Medical Center.Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years direct patient care experience within the areas of hospital medicine, primary care, geriatrics or a skilled nursing facility. Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enjoy working in a diverse, fast paced environment with medically complex patients and be skilled in family conversations. The successful candidate would join a team of 2 full-time advanced practice providers and a part-time physician. This is a full-time position, which includes some weekend call.
