- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering or other related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience of strategic thinking and implementation of strategy. Ability to develop strategic solutions based on the Global strategy, strong stakeholder management and understanding of external trends
- 15+ years of related business experience with at least 5 years that focus on managing large, complex programs in a matrix environment with overall budget greater than $10m
- Proven ability to define and articulate a comprehensive and actionable program of work, resolving potentially complex inter-dependencies across multiple teams and systems
- Background in a technology discipline, the different project types, their specific challenges and how to tackle them in the most appropriate way
- Methodical, thorough, diligent with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to influence and guide key internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with the Head of the GO PMO and the PMO Leadership team on the evolution of the Global Operations PMO
- Evolve and manage the USM/LRC change Portfolio for all initiatives that will drive the realization of our strategy
- Drive improved consistency, effectiveness and efficiency in how we operate, working with change management capability across Global Operations and beyond
- Evolve standards, methods and tools for the management of projects to ensure deliverables are robust in design, plan and execution.
- Build a delivery team to focus on US verticals
- Further establish the shared delivery capability based out our Global Capability Centers
- Partner with the Head of the Global Operations PMO and PMO Leadership Team to evolve and enhance PMO capabilities.
- Lead the USM/LRC change portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and driving execution.
- Improve consistency and efficiency in operational practices by collaborating with change management teams across Global Operations.
- Advance project management standards, tools, and methodologies to ensure robust planning and execution.
- Build and lead a delivery team focused on U.S. verticals, while expanding shared delivery capabilities through Global Capability Centers.
- Oversee delivery across the Global Operations Change Portfolio, leveraging both internal and third-party resources through a flexible model.
- Align roadmaps by developing strong relationships with Global Operations and USM/LRC leadership.
- Establish and promote best practices for global initiatives using playbooks, templates, and planning systems.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across a matrixed organization.
- Manage and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring capacity and demand are balanced across programs.
- Ensure compliance standards are embedded in project processes and auditable.
- Proactively manage delivery risks and maintain a current, well-documented project knowledge base.
- Conduct post-rollout reviews and ensure feedback is captured and applied.
- Provide guidance and support to program and project managers, stepping in as needed.
- Identify and integrate AI-driven tools and capabilities to enhance portfolio management, delivery efficiency, and decision-making.
