- Bachelors degree within social work, psychology, sociology or a closely related field or licensed social worker.
- 1 year of experience as a social worker/case manager/care coordinator in a public or private social service agency.
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Proof of automobile insurance

- Good oral and written communication skills
