- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales and customer service teams to exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, overseeing key accounts and high-value negotiations.
- Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs to guide product development and business positioning.
- Oversee brand messaging, digital campaigns, advertising initiatives, and trade show participation to maximize visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and product development, to align strategies and ensure ROI.
- Leverage data and analytics to track KPIs, evaluate performance, and continuously optimize results.
- Represent the company at key industry events and foster strategic partnerships — both domestic and international.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–12+ years of progressive sales and marketing experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analytics.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in the flexible packaging industry is a plus.
