- Client Engagement: Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and consultations to understand client needs and propose Wasp solutions, including software like AssetCloud and InventoryCloud, and hardware like barcode scanners, mobile computers, and printers.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and high client satisfaction.
- CRM Utilization: Effectively use Salesforce to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Solution Selling: Present the value of Wasp’s hardware and software solutions, addressing client pain points such as manual processes, inventory inaccuracies, or asset tracking inefficiencies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product specialists, and technical support, to ensure seamless implementation and client onboarding.
- Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in barcode and RFID solutions to position Wasp as a market leader.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with barcoding, inventory management, asset tracking, or RFID technologies is a plus but not required; ability to quickly learn technical products is essential.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage leads and sales processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-Motivation: Highly driven, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving client challenges.
