- Daily oversight of building appearance and functionality
- Liaison with Boston University Facilities for repairs and maintenance
- Assist Chief Operating Officer on building security, security protocols, and staff training
- Provide administrative support as needed for the Senior Leadership team
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise a team of 10-12 Boston University work-study students to serve as building receptionists.
- Maintain working relationships with BU Work Study representatives and adherence to work study arrangements
- Prepare contract, invoices and diagrams for BU Departments and outside groups
- Coordinate setups with facilities
- Assist with marketing of space by giving tours and answering inquiries.
- First point of contact for any tech issues among staff
- Manage inventory of computers and accessories
- You are a systematic, creative problem solver with great attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- You are a self-starter who also works well as part of a team. You are cool under pressure, enjoy people of all ages (especially college students) and enjoy helping an organization advance.

- Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years professional experience or strong collegiate internships/fellowships experience
