We craft and manufacture across the entire spectrum of rolling stock, including commuter and regional passenger trains, light rail and streetcars, metros, locomotives, passenger coaches, and high-speed trainsets. We are implementing some of the most complex mobility projects in the world in one of the largest mass transit environments.What you will do…· Learn how a Project based business works· Work with Quality Managers in Projects (QMIPs) to understand and improve the Milestone process used to verify project deliverables.· Interface with different areas of the Project business including Project Management, Engineering, Procurement and Production· Learn how collaboration drives success· Gain insight into Quality essentials related to activities such as non-conformance management, auditing, and creation of effective proceduresCritical Capabilities:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in Business or Engineering - Mechanical or Electrical or similar from an accredited college or university
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required
  • Must reside or go to school near internship location
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Previous internship experience or relevant school projects
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Interest in learning about the rail industry - project management, customer service operations, manufacturing, etc.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
