- Set up and operate CNC production machines according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Select proper settings and make necessary machine adjustments.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to position and secure materials accurately.
- Adjust machine controls to complete tasks per job specifications—efficiently and with precision.
- Work under general supervision or direction of a lead person to meet production targets.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 0–1 year of experience in a manufacturing or mechanical environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of mechanical processes and machine operation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality standards.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented environment.
