- Execute and oversee full-scope kitchen remodeling including cabinet installation, countertops, tile, flooring, finish carpentry, painting, trim, and accessory installs
- Lead crews or work independently depending on project scope
- Serve as primary point-of-contact with homeowners on job site
- Read and interpret complex plans with precision and efficiency
- Maintain strict safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
- Mentor junior and lead installers, supporting skill development and efficiency
- Coordinate material planning, staging, and timeline tracking
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-scope kitchen remodeling or related carpentry work
- Mastery of cabinetry installation, finish carpentry, and related tools and equipment
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to problem-solve on-site and deliver consistent quality without oversight
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in physically active environments
- Experience in custom cabinetry, cabinet refacing, or wood refinishing
- Experience training or managing remodeling crews
- Spanish-speaking ability
