- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Schedule meetings and appointments for staff and management
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital
- Prepare memos, correspondence, and reports
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry in QuickBooks/Bank statement reconciliations for multiple accounts
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Support HR functions, such as onboarding and maintaining employee records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general support to other departments as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with computers and office software
- Prior experience in reception or administrative roles
