- Manage and implement patient operational processes to provide an experience that is brand standard
- Develop and oversee operational processes that entail open and clear communications to all patients and superior follow-up.
- Ensure highest clinical and service standards across every touch point in the organization
- Monitor measurement through client survey initiative
- Working Manager position. Coach, staff, backfill, and assist the Practice Manager position as needed.

- Responsible for productive practice outreach and marketing initiatives including personal outside calls, CEs, lunch n’ learns, conferences, etc.
- Profound understanding and commitment to analytics through forecasting models, regular reporting, and ongoing optimization
- Daily management to a budget and ensure tight financial controls
- Full understanding and management of workforce costs and deployment
- High degree of technical capability and understanding of all our technical systems inside and out
- Ensure patient privacy and HIPAA guidelines and processes are in place and executed daily
- Ensure the highest accuracy of system data consistent with brand standard
- Utilize technology to streamline client experience
- Proven experience in leading and building an organization
- 3--5 years of prior management experience in an environment where you were responsible for managing a P&L as well as daily staffing schedules
- Financial acumen
- Forecasting
- Understanding of daily reporting and how to manage a P&L
- Achieving profitability and patient mix goals
- Exceptional communication and strong knowledge and application of the English language, including grammar and spelling
- High level of customer service execution

- Bachelor's Degree plus but will consider candidates with experience in lieu of degree(s)
