- Lead daily program operations and ensure compliance with DCYF regulations and RIELDS.
- Develop and assess engaging, age-appropriate curriculum plans alongside educators.
- Coach and mentor teachers, providing feedback through classroom observations and assessments.
- Coordinate with parents to promote open communication and a nurturing learning environment.
- Ensure safety protocols and health regulations are consistently followed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports for state compliance and internal planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: At least 3 years in early childhood education with 1+ year in a leadership role.
- Licensing: Valid Rhode Island Early Childhood Education (ECE) teaching credentials and knowledge of state DLT regulations.
- Skills & Certifications: Strong organizational and communication skills; current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Team Player: Passionate about collaboration with staff, families, and community stakeholders.
- Pay Rate: $680.00–$850.00 per week, based on experience and education.
